With nearly two decades of experience across HR, Operations, IT, Finance, Administration, and Project Management, Bonnie brings a rare level of depth and perspective. She launched her management career at a prestigious international law firm, then climbed the corporate ladder inside Fortune 500s and private firms in New York City. She’s interviewed, hired, trained, mentored, and led high-performing teams across every corner of corporate America.

As the Founder of the Career Shake-Up™ community, Bonnie supports accomplished leaders who are ready to stop playing small and make their next move with clarity, strategy, and confidence. Her signature programs blend modern career branding, recruiter-level writing, and job market navigation tools that consistently lead to $50K–$100K+ salary jumps and new titles.

On the business side, Bonnie serves as a Fractional HR Business Partner for small to mid-sized companies without in-house HR—building custom hiring, payroll, and talent management solutions that support both immediate growth and long-term culture goals.
