Bonnie is an Executive Leadership Award Winner, Certified Career, Life & Leadership Coach, Certified Professional Résumé Writer, Nationally Certified Online Profile Expert, Authorized DISC Administrator, and Behavioral Consultant. She has been featured in the HuffPost, Monster, and NJ Mom media outlets.  

For nearly 20 years, Bonnie has interviewed, hired, trained, mentored, and partnered with individuals at all corporate America levels while holding leadership roles in Administration, IT, Human Resources, Operations, Project Management, and Finance. She began her management career at a prestigious international law firm and has worked her way up the corporate ladder at various Fortune 500 public companies and private firms in New York City.

Having been selected by industry leaders to participate on corporate committees and advisory boards, Bonnie has been recognized for her subject matter expertise, organizational employee development initiatives, human resources best practices, and web-based projects, such as customer relationship management and applicant tracking software systems (ATS). With this hands-on experience, Bonnie opened her career services firm to better serve and coach clients to reach their utmost career goals and develop the most effective ways to open the door for new career opportunities. She is an avid educator who believes that continuing education is the cornerstone to success.

Bonnie always knew she could help the public when it came to career and job advancement but felt like something was lacking at times. She noticed a gap between what others could do and what their mind limited them to. After years of seeing for herself what others are capable of with some guidance and support, Bonnie's own path evolved into Life and Spiritual Coaching as well.

As a Life Coach, Bonnie is certified in Hypnotherapy and Humanistic Neuro-Linguistic Psychology (HNLP), which is the study of how our mind creates our reality and is used to enhance human motivation and remove neural pathway and emotional blocks. Bonnie has shared her skills and work alongside so many amazing people worldwide!

Known for having a unique coaching style, she excels in coaching because she sees what we are capable of and has a beautiful way of helping us achieve it. Particularly, she has seen that it is not usually a case of inexperience or lack of skill, but our own minds that can hold us back. With this knowledge, she aims to share a positive outlook and a confident perspective in our lives and careers.

In her personal time, she thoroughly enjoys quality time with her family. Her husband, Bobby, their children, Bella, Bailee, Bobby Jr., Brody, and her four dogs are her heart, and she enjoys every minute she can with them, when she isn’t out helping others achieve their dreams.
