Effective Date: February 4, 2025

By purchasing any services from Bonnie Career Services, Inc., you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment & Refund Policy

Payment is due within 24 hours of invoice issuance.
Full payment is required before any drafts are delivered to prevent unauthorized use.
All payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
Payment plan balances are due when drafts are ready or by the 10th business day from the first payment, whichever comes first.

2. Turnaround & Revisions

First drafts are delivered within 7-14 business days after payment and full client participation.
Clients must complete required worksheets and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. Delays on the client’s part may result in extended turnaround times.
Two rounds of revisions are included for resumes, with a 7-day window to request changes. After 7 days, additional edits are billed at $100 per hour.
Cover letters and LinkedIn profiles include one round of revisions within 7 days.
Changes due to a shift in career goals or missing information not provided initially will not be honored.

3. Late Fees & Unpaid Balances

Invoices that are 30 days past due will incur a late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance or $50 (whichever is greater) for every 30-day period the balance remains unpaid.
Accounts unpaid beyond 90 days may be sent to a collections agency, and the client will be responsible for all collection costs, including agency fees, legal fees, and administrative costs.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

Chargebacks do not release the client from their payment obligation.
Clients who initiate a chargeback or payment dispute are still responsible for services rendered. A $500 per hour fee will apply for time spent handling the dispute, gathering documentation, and responding to the claim.
If Bonnie Career Services successfully disputes a chargeback, the client is responsible for all costs incurred, including lost business profits and legal fees.

5. Confidentiality & Privacy

All client information is strictly confidential and will never be shared without written consent.
LinkedIn updates are provided as a Word document only. We do not log in to your LinkedIn account, as this violates LinkedIn’s Terms of Service.

6. No Guarantees

Bonnie Career Services does not guarantee job placement, salary increases, or employment outcomes.
Testimonials and success stories shared are for demonstration purposes only and do not guarantee future results.

7. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing any services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Service. Bonnie Career Services reserves the right to update these terms at any time, with changes effective immediately upon posting.

8. POLICY UPDATES & APPLICABILITY

Bonnie Career Services, Inc. reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will always be available at: https://www.bonniecareerservices.com/terms-of-service

If a client purchases new services after 180 days of their initial agreement, they are subject to the latest version of these Terms.

Clients who return for additional services after 12 months will be required to sign a new agreement reflecting current policies and pricing.
